Which one is your favorite so far. Are they getting even better as the characters develop over time?

Me too...
OotP size would be great...but if not, longer than HBP...

I don't think there's a question of it being shorter than HBP myself.

thought HBP was the perfect length personally. GoF and OotP really dragged at bits because they were so long. i read those 2 and end up skipping bits. paticularly the beginning of OotP. in fact all of OotP. OotP p***d me off quite a bit and was generally the least cohesive book of the series for me. but i hope book 7 will be long cos of action and actual back-story rather than just needlessly dragging it out for the hell of it.

It should be long that way it will take me awhile. I just don't want it to be over!

Wow Thestral!!! Welcome back - haven't seen you here in ages!!
part of me wants Book 7 to be really long as it will prolong the read for a bit longer but then OOTP did have unecessary padding that really was going over so much old ground again - Booooorrriinng!

Since the seventh boook is going to be the last maybe it should be like everlasting. Like instead of selling the whole book they could give out chapters at a time. Then J.K Rowling will that she is getting more money and then realives she should write more books. Then she's happy and we are happy. lol

I made lots of mistake. Hold on I am going to correct them.Since the seventh boook is going to be the last maybe it should be like everlasting. Like instead of selling the whole book they could give out chapters at a time. Then J.K Rowling will tsee that she is getting more money and then realizes she should write more books. Then she's happy and we are happy. lol

JKR said on her website that Deathly Hallows is being released on the 21st July because any earlier, for instance the 7th, and there wouldn't be enough time for it to be written and edited.

I want itt at least 1,000 pages. There is so much yet to be explained. Single-spaced, 10.5 font, not courier, to be preffered!
I'm a bookworm!

I found the size dissapointing as well. I like the idea of the books getting bigger as the series goes on.
