Over the following few days, rumours went flying.
Somehow, it became common knowledge that Misty, Head Girl of Hogwarts, had been given three weeks worth of detentions for spreading nasty rumours.
Professor Terrin Dinas did not discourage the passing on of this information. Mainly because he was the one passing it on.
And equally because it was true - three weeks of detention, or 15 days worth - spread over weekends.

Misty was suprised at herself...normally she'd never talk to a teacher like that, but she honestly didn't care.
Misty walked away that night earning herself 15 detentions, but knowing that there was something that Dinas wouldn't tell her...

Arven hardly bothered with the rumours flying around the school, but even so, she had heard tales about how Misty earned that 15 detentions from Prof Dinas. Most of it were on Misty's side, saying how foul-tempered and eccentric Dinas was. But nevertheless, some rumours were against Misty. Those probably came from jealous individuals seeing how popular Misty was.
Just as Arven was about to step in for the next class, Prof McGonagall called out for her and told her the Headmaster wanted to meet her in his office and that she will be escorting Arven there. When Arven asked McGonagall for the reason for this sudden meeting, McGonagall whispered softly into her ears, "Quidditch."

Misty ignored stares from the other students, she didn't care, it was only a few detentions, couldn't be that bad, at least she didn't get herself kicked off the Quidditch team.

The day continued... the rumours appeared to have stopped, for the moment at least. It wouldn't be long before another one started soon.

During breakfast next morning, Arven was restless. She couldn't sleep the previous night after the meeting with Headmaster Weasley. Having no appetite, she turned to the Professors' table and saw the Headmaster talking to Dinas.
