Misty groaned inward, if only Arven had come 2 days earlier than she had...then of course she would be on the team...

"I would love to have you on the team Arven, but...I just sorted the team out...anywayz...just come to practise tonight, and we'll see if any of the team I chose doesn't make the cut...ok? Does it seem fair???"

Misty quickly ran up to the notice board with a borrowed quill of Arven's and wrote under Chasers back-up: Arven. And quickly went back to Arven..

"Ok, so the practice is at 6 this evening." Arven temporarily turned her head back to the study table and saw the thick stacks of written notes and a Herbology textbook. An idea quickly flashed through her mind.
"Say... Misty? Are you good at Herbology?"

"Umm...I get it, if that's what you mean...It's not my best subject, but I did achieve an E in my O.W.Ls..."

"Would you be able to help me out a bit with this, if that's not too much trouble...I really don't get Herbology..." Arven asked blushing slightly...

"Sure thing..."

Misty sat down next to her...and gave her a few tips and pointers..

Rowena was loving life at Hogwarts- it was all new and immensley interesting, and the teachers were all really helpful. Admittedly most of the girls in her year were mean to her and called her names, but she could ignore that- especially since it was the first proper Quidditch practice after dinner.

But she couldn't shake the feeling that there was something she didn't know or understand about Professor Dinas. Then again, that was a problem for after Quidditch.

Soon it was time for Lunch...so Misty headed down the stairs with Arven...I wonder what's for Lunch.... Misty enjoyed food...

After lunch Misty headed back to the Dorms to collect her things...on the way she noticed a bright blue notice on the notice board..the top read:

Inter-School Quidditch Championship

Hogwarts team to be selected over the course of the Quidditch Cup, with one prior warm-up match against Beauxbatons in March.

Misty's heart jumped for joy...Inter-School Championship!!! I'm going to play my best this whole entire season...I'm going to make the cut...I have to...

She ran upstairs, smiling all the way...

After parting her way with Misty after lunch, Arven didn't return to the common room but went to the library instead. The next lesson - Care of the Magical Creatures would only commence an hour later. She walked towards the book aisle that was labelled Wizarding Sport Section. She knew she would be able to find some interesting books on quidditch. And indeed, within a few minutes of search, she came across a relatively thick book titled The Quidditch Book of Maneuver. Arven took the book and sat on a spacious seat nearby. Hoping to come out with a different style, she flipped through the book eagerly.

Dinas knew that this announcement would bring wide-spread interest to the wizarding community in general - not just Hogwarts and the other schools.

He wondered if he could charge entry to the stadium...

There would be 16 schools attending from all around the world.

She had a class to get to, no dawdling!!!

Misty hurried through the door just as the bell rung...

Dinas prepared his next lesson... he was in the mood for a class on the minor charms used for broomstick control and effective handling when they are created.

Arven had a fun-filled lesson on the Care of Magic Creatures. She, herself, was in a good mood after her short visit to the library. She was looking forward to the quidditch practice this evening.

Throughout the next lesson - History of Magic, Arven was drawing the various maneuvers on a piece of parchment while Professor Binns was slowly inducing sleep on the class. She knew she had an brilliant trick that would interest Misty, especially since this trick would require the coordination between the chaser and the beater. By the time Arven was done, almost two thirds of the student were already in their dreamland.
