Aberforth Dumbeldore--Albus's brother. He became infamous for performing inappropriate (but unmentioned) charms on a goat, and Albus isn't entirely sure if he can even read. The barkeeper of the Hog's Head, who looked vaguely familiar to Harry, was confirmed as Aberforth by JKR in an interview. See here for more on him.

I have to say he intrigues be, this Aberforth. Interesting how different two brothers can be.

i got a feeling hes more important than we realize - cant see really in what way - maybe dd consulted with him about the horxs so hes the only one from the order who can help harry (cuz dd told him not to tell any1)

I'm sure he'll play a role in the 7th book. Mainly beacause... why else bring him into the story?

I can't really remember much about Aberforth I have to say. I actually thought he was dead but I don't know where I got that from. Do we know for sure he is still alive.
