Yawning a little, Rowena clambered out of the huge bed- eager to hurry down to the Great Hall and find out what she would be doing today.
A new school, new teachers, a new life here- just what she needed. She stroked Nox, and ran downstairs for breakfast.

Her alarm went off..MIsty looked around at the clock..."7 o' clock.." she moaned and slid out of bed...looking around her, she smiled 'I'm home' she thought.

Pulling on her robes, carefully un-pinning her HG badge and re-pinning it on straightly.

She walked down to the Common Room, and saw Johnathon waiting for her, as she walked over to him she said Good Morning to a couple of first years by the fire, and summoned them over..

"Good Morning, it's time for breakfast now...you should head down to the Great Hall befor all the food is gone.." she smiled while thinking 'Was I that small at that age??'

SHe gave Johnathon a hug and they headed down to breakfast together...man she had missed this place...

Still marvelling at how tall the rest of the students in the school were, Rowena helped herself to a full english breakfast- bacon, eggs, tomatoes, black pudding, baked beans.
Also, out of curiosity, she grabbed a few mint humbugs. Apparently, they had become an accompaniment to every meal since the time of Albus Dumbledore- and would be perfect to have in between lessons.

Breakfast was soon over, and the very old looking McGonagall started handing out the timetables, she smiled at Misty and Johnathon as she gave them their timetables, they grinnned back.

Misty scanned her timetable...double potions first...oh lordy, what fun! and History of Magic before Lunch...what an interesting morning...

The Proffessor was young to say the least, he had a handsome face, he couldn't be older than 20 by the robes he was wearing, he looked familiar, maybe he was an old Hogwarts student, he had dark hair, blue eyes, and smile that could make the saddest girl happy...

"Hi everyone...My name is Professor Lupin, and if that name sounds familiar to any of you, it is because I am the son of Remus Lupin an old professor who taught here in Harry Potter's time...so, let's hope this year is a good one...Now take out Advanced Potions...and lets make a start..."

Misty smiled...This year was going to be the best one yet...

She never knew there was someone as boring as Professor Binns who actually existed. A double lesson of History of Magic- she had taken notes, but Rowena was so lethargic that she almost forgot where she was going next. She dug out her timetable just to check...Defence Against the Dark Arts- supposedly one of the most interesting lessons. Putting her timetable away, Rowena ran towards the staircases.

On her way downstairs, Rowena was in such a hurry not to be late that she didn't look where she was going while she put her timetable away. As a result, she ran straight into the Head Girl and dropped her bag. As she picked up all her books, she stammered an apology. Completely embarassed, she ran on without seeing if the older student had accepted it.
