aTCHio, because in romanian you always pronounce ci : tchi. It just came natural to do the same for this spell.

atzio is how I pronounced it because the Italians pronunce two c's like "tz". I've never really thought about it before.
By the way I'm not Italian just spent a lot of time in Italy.

I would have thought acksio, like the word access(Acksess)....depends on where you're from and how you look at it I guess.
