The Opening and Closing of Scenarios

Postby Phoenix in the Ashes » Friday 20 January 2006 9:30:27am

The is an Announcement Board for the official opening and closing of Broomsticks and Owls' RPG Scenarios. :)

The RPG here is currently going through a renovation, and in order to make it organised, I have decided to come up with a list of pending scenarios, current active scenarios, offical openings of RPGs, and official closures.

The first matter to be dealt with will be:

Currently Active BaO RPG Scenarios:

    Hogwarts Spring Dance

    The Rebellion of Souls

    Hogsmeade Surprise

The second matter to be dealt with is the possible closure of the old RPG Scenarios, which long ago were sent into slow decline.

These are:

    Disappearances...

    Pixies of the Loose!

    Quidditch Match: Gryffindor versus Slytherin

I would like to consult you all and receive your opinions about officialy closing said scenarios and moving on.

I am a believer that no scenario can last forever, so I would appreciate your opinions on this matter.

Thank you,

-TPR-

I reckon you should close the last 3, for the reason that: No one is posting in them and the other Users are unactive...

Thank you.

I feel that I require at least 90% of active users feelings toward either side to take any action. :)

I think that you should just lock them. Deleting them would be like erasing the past. You just cant do that...

PLus, theyre fun to read!

I wasn't actually planning to lock or delete them.

I was actually planning to just officially close them, and thank all the participants etc.

A lock on it would be a good idea though. It was pretty much what I was goign to do anyway.

And I'd never delete them anyway... as you say, there'd be nothing to read.. :-)

A final closing post and a lock are probably a good idea for the three old RPGs. Doing things that way will ensure that there's no confusion with new or inexperinced members posting there when many of the previous participants are no longer around.
