[Phoenix in the Ashes]

They were kissing for half an hour.

Morphena finally pulled himself together.

"I think... I think we should go back down to the dance."

"Yeah...ummm good idea.." Steph ran out of the common room and out of the portrait hole...leaving Morphena behind her

"Hey! Slow down, I-..." He gave up.

Morphena slumped back down in his chair.

He left the chair and climbed out the portrait hole.

She heard Morphena call her from behind her...so she crept back through the portrait hole...and went behind him his chair and scared hi "Boo!!!" she yelled!!!

Jerry stood up from behind the couch, "You guys kiss for a real long time,"

Steph blushed..."Ummm...yeah, sorry bout that...Come Morphena..."Steph grabbed his hand and pulled him out of the Common Room...

Jerry crossed his arms as he sat down on a couch, they didn't understand no one understood. They didn't understand what it was like to get beat up by first years, when you're a seventh year. He had even heard that blonde girl refering to him as if he was a first or second year.

One back at the dance...Steph kept giggling stupidly every 5 mins...Her and Morphena were getting drinks when they were approached by the potions master..."Hello, you two...where did you two get off ta, huh?"

"Oh I've been here all night, sir," Morhpena said, grinning. "You know me."

"Oh yes Morphena I don't think there's a person in this castle that doesn't think you'll grow up to be headmaster here within 30 years."

"Thank you, sir."

"Finished your essay on the effects of the unicorn horn when thrown into a normal polyjuice potion?"

"It's the Dance, sir."

"Of course it is... well, get back to whatever you were doing, don't let me stop you..." the Potions Master said, walking away with a weak smile.

"Hey Steph," said Morphena. "Care to have a little fun?"

"Sure..." Steph saw the twinkle in Morphena's eyes..."What sorta fun?!"

[Phoenix in the Ashes]

"How experienced with metamorphmagi are you, exactly?"

[Scarlet Lioness]

"How did you know???! I haven't told anyone! Ummm...well pretty advanced, I can change into anything I please...How bowt you?" Steph looked up...

[Phoenix in the Ashes]

"My father trained me as a phoenix animagi. There are no limits to appearance at all... So, what are you exactly?"

"I think I'm a... Animetamorphmagus. I can change into any animal I wish..."

"Oh, I haven't really mastered animals very well. Within a few years I'm hoping to devise a quick spell, or maybe a potion to do such a thing," Morphena said.

"I've worked really hard on changing my human appearance. Like, I can get rid of wrinkles and everything. But I can't change my hair colour much. I can only shorten or make it longer. It's annoying, I'm working on it though, I think I'm getting better," said Steph, rambling on.

"I really don't know why I can't change my hair, maybe it's because of my Mum or something argh I don't know..."

Steph changed into a little silvery-blondy grey cat....and changed back "See the colour of the animal is near my hair colour..."

Jerry popped out from behind the table, "My pop told me that Animagi can't turn into magical creatures! I bet you're lying...." Jerry proceded to stick his tounge out at Morphena in an extremely immature way but Morphena took no notice because he was getting red in the face due to rage.
