Ok when I saw the movie and heard this part I was like wow did she actually just say that!! But I wasn't too sure however I found a soung clip of it and after repeating it she actually does say it. Here is what is said in the sound clip so you know where she says it.

Dumbledore: Harry Potter!
Hermione: Go on harry
Hermione: Harry F***ing just....

she cuts it off after just but I don't think that was in her script......... the sound clip isn't edited because if you go and see the movie and listen for that part you will hear it just like in the sound clip. It's when harry's name comes out of the goblet of fire...

I never noticed that....have seen the movie....did notice what Ron said to Harry though...suppose its cos they had to change the certificate because of the death and violence and so just thought hey lets add bad language too...

It was real quick when she says it and I think she caught herself and stopped cause she doesn't say anything after that and the movie continues on.....

hmm I have listened to it over and over and I tried to input goodness sake but it just doesn't sound at all like goodness sake.... Guess we will never know what she really says lol

Sorry but I gotta agree with Barny on this one, I'm pretty sure she says "for goodness sake". I'm sure they would have caught it in editting if it was anything else.

On PS when Harry gets out of the hospital wing and sees Ron and Hermione up on the mezzanine, if you crank the volume you can hear Ron whisper to Hermione "I'm having an erection".

I have to agree, though I don't think she completely said "For goodness sake". It sounded as though she just said "Harry, for goodness..." with her shock, she didn't finish the line.

Sorry I keep meaning to post back!!! I turned the volume up so high I thought my TV would explode the next time something was said in the film!

I can't think what he was trying to say but it did sound like erection - I just can't believe it! I even tried putting the subtitles on but it wasn't recorded on the titles.
