Horrible Boss :(

Okay Ginny Malfoy, there are a few things that went through my mind.

First, maybe the boss is scared of you. She (or he?) sees how hard you work and thinks that you might take her job.

Second is a suggestion for you. You should ignore what you boss says. If you feel that you're doing your best, don't push yourself too hard. If you get results, forget what she says and be satisfied with yourself.

You shouldn't just ignore what your boss says. Try to get beneath the, critiscism, to the constructive critiscism. Use what your boss says to help your work.

I sometimes think that my boss is a dementor! He walks in, opens the window (even in winter), switches the light off and sucks all the happiness out of me. I just try to keep doing my work without being too much upset.

Let your boss know if you don't take his critiscism lightly. Ask him if he could be more constructive, so your work would improve.
