I'm from New Zealand...the little tiny country near Aussie (we are in no way like Australians (no offence to any Aussies on here)lol)

And is 15 the age you can legally drive in new zealnd? cool, I can legally drive over there :P

Well to drive over hear at 15 you have your learners which means you can't take passengers who haven't got a licence then 1 year after you can get your restricted that's when you can take any passengers but not drive at past 11pm at night...then you can get your full licence 18 months after that...

I have to wait till 18, damn british laws are changing, had I been born a month earlier, it would only of needed to be 17, tis annoying

Had you been born a month earlier it might have been a premature birth and you could have a handicap and couldn't drive for the rest of your life. :P

Here it's 18 no matter what. It's always been 18.

I'm from New Zealand, and I'm only 14 but my dad's already teaching me to drive (only at the park though) But still, by the time I'm allowed to sit my written exam, I would've learnt the basics. Then you can take a defensive drivers course when you have your restricted license and get 6 months knocked off your sentence then you can legally drive at all hours and take passengers after 6 months of a restricted license. Isn't it all a bit confusing? But once you're here, it seems simple enough. As they say in Germany,

35. 36 next January 10. AAAGH I'm closing in on 40! :o Oh
well, my dad says age is just a number. I'm also from Lynnfield
in the US. It's about a half hour north of Boston. :cool:
