what if there are already two mods, but they aren't very active? can you add a third mod, too?

Inactive moderators are covered by part 2 of the "Special rules for moderators" in the <a href="http://broomsticksandowls.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2">rules</a> thread. Basically if they've been inactive for 4 months they can be replaced. There is no technical limit to the number of moderators per forum - I just figured two was a nice number to have.
