Any fully qualified wizard or witch can have any title they so chose, providing it's sensible and no-one else has already had it (unless they're happy with that; and some like the prefects etc).

Well, must take a journey to Diagon Alley for some new cauldrons for the kitchens. Can't have those House Elves burning themselves again on the ones we've got at the moment, even though they almost seem to enjoy having a few cooked fingers every now and then! Think I may try that new place, Weasley's Anima Juice Bar whilst I'm there - maybe that nice new co-owner weasley_gurl will give me a Senior Citizen discount.
