oh and yesterday I went to the doc for a checkup. Turns out a 5'9.
My dad tells me I get my height (cause now I'm tallest in family) from jumproping with the girls at school. Little does he know that I was forced to do that.
yeah i do sit ups. i haven't been doing them as much lately. Everyday I'll increase it by one, so i'm somewhere around 50 right now. it gets alot easier if you do it everyday, and try not to increase by ten each time. i tried doing that, and it didn't work.

azn, you, at 5'11 1/2, feel short??!!!! Look who you're talking to here. I'm 16, and I'm still 5'2 or 5'3. People think I'm a seventh grader still.

lol. Don't worry. I don't like being the tallest in my family. I wish I was a bit shorter actually.

I just want to get in better shape really.
I've had problems with eating before, cause I don't really like how I look, so a couple times i've gone a while with eating nearly nothing at all, and i don't want that to happen again, so i'm going to try to exercise alot more to get better fit.

i hate running too.
i've found that slim fast is a pretty good way to help you lose weight. i've been drinking it for a couple weeks now, probably 4 a week, and i've lost a couple pounds.
