How will Voldemort die?

Who do you like best and who could you definately live without? Will there be romance in the air for any of them and who will end up with who?

I have to agree with Tanuki on that one. it would be too risky to let him be a ghost anyways... *coughs* PLOT KILLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *coughs*

anyway, i think voldy has somefin special in store for him. he isnt going to die in a normal way, because there are too many problems with that, like with paintings, ghosts, and that potion from GoF... the vanquish in the prophecy means somthing more than death. that i am certain of. more than death. i just wish i knew what.

I wonder what DD means when he speaks of things that are worse than death. Losing one's soul to a dementor probably, but what else.

I think Voldie as a ghost is as scary as him going on to wherever wizards go after death, like "Hi James, hi Lily, nice to meet you again, it's been quite a long time! And boy, Cedric, you're looking gourgeous!" Is there anything like a wizard hell?

The thought of nonexistance terrifies me. Although I do not follow any religeon, I like the idea of people having immortal souls. I'd hate to think that even Voldermorts soul would be destroyed. I hope he winds up in some sort of Hell dimension though.

that's why nonexistance is the best sort of punishment for him

I don't believe in an afterlife religiously. We believe in resurrection, not spectral life

ressurection, not reincarnation. Please respect the difference.

As far as DD being a bumblebee, too high on the ladder for a guy like him, maybe a virus

This may be just one simply cheesy and dumb idea so forgive me if it is but what if it is like the Matrix?! Smith became part of Neo when he tried to kill him. Harry became a part of Voldemort when he tried to kill him. Just a wild guess but what if the only way to kill Voldemort was to let Voldemort kill Harry and then with Harry's death, since they are connected to each other, Voldemort then again signs his death...??? eh what about that?

I for one will be extremely angry if Voldemort (supposed to be this big brilliant dude and all) underestmiates this love garbage AGAIN...it would be like constantly sticking your arm in a fire to see if it will keep burning you. That leads to my next point. If Voldemort tries to possess Harry again and he gets destroyed in this mental combat, I will burn my books and begin mailing J.K.R. some extremely nasty letters.

I also think we've pretty much seen the last of the MoM (the actual spot not the orginization) but I don't read interviews so I could be wrong...But the way I see it. The only reason Voldemort had to go back there was for the prophect, and now that that's gone he has no reason to go back.

As for the way Voldemort will die, I have no clue, but I hope it has to do with the Priori Incantatem...During that part of GoF Harry thought that if the dots connected to his wand, that it would explode...What if he eventually destroyed Voldemorts wand like that...the destruction of Voldemorts wand, and then his subsequent destruction would work nicely. But I'm just spitballing here...

It violates most of the conventions of fictional battle. Harry's got to be on his back, beaten, bloody, and despairing without hope while Voldermort stands over his immobile form. Then he either gets an idea while Voldermort of gloating (as all great villians do) or something happens with Harry's own powers than gives him the chance to destroy him

Conventional fiction writing...It really wouldn't suprise me (it would even thrill me if it happened) if Harry Killed Voldemort and took over as the next dark wizard...It would be really cool..though I doubt it.

I find the books I like best don't involve such a predictable circumstance... its just so bloody cliche for that cr*p to happen it would disappoint me greatly...and as we saw at the end of book 5...Voldemort has said all he wants to say to Harry...he just wants to kill him now..no more words, no more delays...just Avada kedavra

If someone with very good writing that resembled JKRs style started another series of how Harry defeated Voldemort and then turned evil himself...I'd read it. I'd find it exciting in fact. Maybe thats just me.

If Harry turned evil, then everything JKR has been trying to say till now has been worthless

Well, its not like its actually going to happen. But "what if" is fun to think about. Her books wouldn't be worthless either. Every child (who reads Harry Potter) knows JKR, my 7 yr old cousin knows who she is and would know the difference if she wrote something and if someone else wrote something. But thats besides the point because no one could afford buying the name Harry Potter for a book from JKR because it's too popular a name to use.
