I know this is looking really far into the future, but does anyone know what the titles of books 6 and 7 are? Has JK said anything about them, and does anyone know if she'll write any more after 7 about what happens to Harry once he's grown up.

Also, what do you think might happen with small plot things in later books?
Like, Neville passes Potions, who is the new quidditch captain, will Harry go out with Cho, who will be the new Gryffindor Keeper, etc.

I've heard rumours that JK has already patented the 6th and 7th titles. But I can't confirm it. So no, I don't know the titles.

Ditto what Cory said... and we prolly won't know the titles until later, because it was a year or so after GoF that we found out the title of OotP, i think...

Though she has written the last chapter of the last book. She talked about it on a special interview, and said it was locked away safely. :-)

Honestly, I really don't want any more romance in the books than what has already been written, but that's just me.

As for the 6th and 7th book, I don't know if that's ever going to happen, but I sure hope it will!

wait, there are three, titles there, we know what book 5 is, and 5+3 is 8, but there are only 7 years at hogwarts, do you think this is an indication that there will be a book about harry's life after school? I hope so
