HP timeline

I'd like to know how old is Snape (and Maradeurs) in the books. Once JKR said that he's 35/36 in the first book, but the timeline on Chamber of Secrets and HP Lexicon is quite different, making him and the Maradeurs younger. Or older? Younger, I think. Anyone knows?

In how far in the timeline different? What I heard is that Snape was 35/36 in one of the later, I think it was the third, books. Imo, it's almost impossible to make them even younger, otherwise there woud have been almost no time for Snape to join and leave the DEs, or for the Potters to escape Voldemort three times.

It confuses me, because I thought that he was 35/36 in the first book which would make him 41 in OotP (if I count it right), but it's also said that he's supposed to be about 5 years younger than Lucius and that would make him only 35/36 in OotP. And that's a bit young, isn't it?

was Lucius age actually mentioned in the book o_o I missed it...

Now I read that Snape is 35/36 in the GoF, not in the first book. That makes sense, it would make Lucius older and... well, it just fits.
