Yes my friend I am still lurking about.
My little one is out of her cast but she wasn't walking properly.
We went down to the mountains of Virginia to visit my parents and between my parents and my sister they got me twisted thinking she was going to be lame for life or something.

I got her started in Physical Therapy and now she is walking almost normally!!!

I'll try to hang around more now that Emily is doing better and I finally have a normal schedual to work with.

BTW for anyone who had read the FF I put up ages ago, I have been revamping the chapters so it is a little different now. I am still working on the second half of the book but am not ready to post more yet but hopefully by the end of the year.

I'm sorry i haven't been here for ages either! although I did write something in the book section not long ago... but before that i was gone for ... months... maybe...

I've been really busy, but my life has been so boring! i go to work, come home, go to sleep. I've been sick every week for a couple of months, a new virus seems to wend it's way past my immune system, and knocks me out for at least a couple of days. So unless i am taking a day off work (as i am today - gotta go to the doctor later on since I've been coughing up blood ) I'm just too tired to write anything.

I'll try to contribute more, but since nothing in my life has changed i guess i'll just have to! I'm looking for a new job at the moment, and i think i might be let go from my current job for all the days i'm taking off work, which just plain sucks. I'd rather leave on my own terms, and have a job to go to.

I don't know anything about anything that happened to make people leave... i guess no one is going to elaborate?

There was a major discussion amongst some moderatores... some people were banned and others leaft because of that... but BaO is getting populated now.

Antibiotics kill bacteria.
Nothing kills a virius, it has to run it's course.
I do hope you are feeling better soon Firece. Hemoptysis (coughing blood) is not a good thing but does not necessarially mean the worst either.
It could be just because of coughing soooooo much that the lining is torn a bit.

I think it was just that I was coughing so much Alice, but the doctor didn't explain it to me and didn't seem too worried by it . I've finished the antibiotics and hopefully i should be better now - although tonight my throat is so sore i can barely swallow! I saw another doctor who said that my job was making me sick - the fact that I was so depressed to be getting up to go to work every day was wreaking havoc on my immune system. Maybe subconciously I'm making myself sick, but i don't mean to! I don't get paid if I don't work I'm looking for another job, but these things take time.

Anyways, that's my little spiel for the day. I'm going to try to contribute more to the board now that I'm better (fingers crossed and knock on wood that it stays that way.)

Always loved a good entrance. So how ya' all been? This is the first time I've been to the board's in quite a few months, so I have no idea what's going on.

Several months back I ghosted the board, but never really posted anything. Back then I noticed that Won is had disapeared, due to some guy called Barry being banned. I never really knew either of these guys, and because I was already laregly absent from the board, I didn't think anyhting of it.

I had no idea that there was a huge group of mods that had left the board. Can anyone shed some light on why this may have happened? Perhaps Paul could give the most reliable info.

This place had always seemed pretty peaceful to me, I had no idea that that arguments had taken place. And I'm stunned at how some of the old topics are exactly as I last saw them... several months ago.

Anyhow, I don't like to dwell on the negative, and I'd just like to say that the reason for my absence was due to many factors, including but not limited to; the increasing preassure of schoolwork, my part time job, partial loss of interest in HP, laziness, and learning to drive. I assure everyone that my absence had nothing to do whatsoever with any bitter feelings towards any members here.

But I'm back now, and I will try to be here more often. I see some familiar faces (hugs and high fives to Female Alien, and Joto)...uh, you guys remember me right? I also see some new faces which is always a good thing. As for me, I'll try to be more active.

Are Athena and Groo still are still here, right? The place wouldn't be the same without those guys. And has anyone by chance seen a member named Lily? I was just getting to know her before my absence began, she was a really cool person and I hope that she's still here. I'll PM her sometime tomorrow.


On a final note, I'd just like to thank Paul for providing us with this place in which we hang. Whatever negativity went on in here, people have to accept that our accounts are provided to us for free, and for that we should be grateful. Paul has the right to ban whomever he deems banworthy, and I'm sure he takes no pleasure in doing so.

Anyhow, now seems like a good time to settle back into the board, so I hope to see you all around!


BTW, from what I gather from the other posts, it seems like the mods are the main people who have left. So if any of the forums need one, I'm happy to lend a hand.
