Dursleys on trial-a challenge

Hey kids,

How are we? I have a good fun challenge. The Dursleys have been
subpeoneaed(?) to stand trial at Hogwarts for abuse and negligence
against Harry. Who would you pick as judge, prosecution and defense
and what would you choose as a sentence? Don't be shy. It can be
as funny or as serious as you want to make it. Let's see some good
ones and I will try to come up with one myself.

The dursleys are SO DEAD!!! Malfoy hates muggles, Harry hates the dursleys, Hermione somewhat pities them, and Dumbledore, as merciful as he is, still believes in Justice.
