Moderators / Prefects

Hi to all current and future moderators and prefects. Just a quick note that I've updated the placed a little bit under the <a href="http://www.broomsticksandowls.com/forum/viewtopic.php?topic=2&forum=9">Rules</a> to include a bit about moderators. it's not much - I guess point 1 is pretty obvious, but I've included point 2 to ensure inactive moderators can be replaced if they have not posted for a very long time. This way, those who want a shot at being a moderator can get a chance if other moderators aren't seen here for a long time.
