Wicked fans?

Hey guys! I know a lot of people who like Harry Potter are into the musical Wicked lately, and I was wondering if anyone here is a fan of both? I just got tickets to go see the show and I'm SO excited I can barely handle it. Has anyone else seen the show?

is it based on the book?

i know of the book, the story of the wicked with of the west, and there;s son of a witch, too but i havent been able to read it :-/

everyone said it was good, though!
