I may be wrong but I feel like the number of posts has been going down over the last few months. What are your thoughts?

I know I dont exactly post something everyday but I do check in on what people have to say and well, I'm seeing less and less discussion going on.

Well, I know that Ravenclaw common room is almost empty. The few of us that are here post quite a bit but something happened about a month ago and people started leaving. I'm not sure what happened but it was something big and people got hurt.

Yeah, thats what i felt. Even the people who posted everyday seem to be posting less and less. In the Rumors and Theories sections, there is very little postin going on. The reason I say this is because I post something and no-one responds to it for like a day or more.

Its too bad really. I love coming here during work and relaxing. I sure hope more people join and actually participate.

you're right, pallas, something big did happen and we lost maybe 10-ish members of our mod squad (maybe not that many but certainly that many people don't come around as much anymore.) that combined with the fact that a few of our more active members couldn't come much anymore because of other obligations has left the forum rather bare at the moment. hopefully once the summer is over people will come back from vacations/other obligations and we'll be bustling once more!

Well I'm certainly guilty of posting less due to this computer being slow, sharing this slow computer with my sister and the issues in the mod forum forced me to avoid posting for a while too

Yes, we lost 6 members of our mod squad, all very active members sadly. However, one came back (though she left not because of the disturbance). I just saw Alice! Yay!

Anyway, I have been extremely busy helping my older sister moving into college 3.5 hours away. School has started, so I'm there from 6AM to 6PM thanks to football practice. And I've been obsessing over my friend's troubles, along with my own, and I'm just overloaded right now. However, this weekend I'll be on a lot more! Yay!

I have an excuse! There was a certain Hurricane Charley that decided to wreak havok across Florida last Friday and I just got power back a few days ago. And on top of that, my computer's being really stupid and I can only use my parent's really slow puter. And on top of that, I just felt too lazy to do anything over the summer, and now school's starting, but I'll try to pop in every once in a while.
