I'm not sure about the number of people who can draw in BaO, but to create a section, I guess we need more participation.

We had a debate about this a few months back but seeing as how Sonkem was the only real participant in art, it was felt an entire section wouldn't be justified.
However, having a section may encourge more participation so....
Hopefully more people'll post their opinions here.

I draw but I don't have a scener (or something like that) so I can't "put" my work on a computer so you can easilc forget about me. But I do think a section would encourage other artistic people to show us their, I'm sure, great work!
Krum, I'm looking forward to seeing yours!

Well I can't draw stick people but
I would visit and comment on others art very regularly if that counts.

actually i have a lot of trouble doing the heads(face and hair)and i have almost no supplies to draw pictures.Just my trusty mechanical pencil and a whole bunch of paper

.I draw from about a week but i'm making a lot of progress. At least i can make them look realistic (without the head of course)because a friend of mine showed me a thing or two about the importance of gravity and stuff...and i have a scanner nearby but i'll get very hard to it

I am willingly to post my old art works (those I've done in the past) but hehe I have no scanner!
*mumbles in the background*
I agree with Gwared that we should wait for more responses before actually creating an ART section.

If I can get my scanner working again, i'd definitely post my artwork in an art forum. So you can count that as one person interested

My art skills are probably strongly in contention for being the worst in this forum
I think an art section might be a decent idea, and of course if it doesn't work it can always be deleted.

yes, if it doesn't work you can always delete it
PS:btw, Gower, anyone can learn to draw a pretty decent picture with
http://www.geocities.com/bigbigbiggity/tutorial
or with the tutorias on elfwood.com
that's what got me started
