I wholeheartedly agree. Age isn't the single determining factor in maturity either...but don't get me started on that one.
I think it's a shame when people discriminate against younger people being on the forum by assuming they'll have nothing to say or will be rude and childish, the same way other people are prejudiced against older people being at a Harry Potter forum because they wonder why an adult would be a fan of Harry Potter or because they assume they (the adults) have no life or are obsessed with a 'children's' book.
There may be those who actually fit into those categories, but isn't it sad when people put people into categories without ever giving them the opportunity to show who they really are?
It isn't your age that's the issue, it's how you choose to behave, regardless how many years you've been on this planet!
And yes, I'm one of those 'old people' on the forum.
