Sorry for being away from the board for a few days - had a few problems in upgrading to a new hard drive and ended up eventually having to reinstall Windows. There is a new Ravenclaw who has been sorted today so hopefully a decision will be soon.

but if you use the movies then you get conflicting answers...

example: What snake did Harry set free at the zoo?

movie says Burmese Python
book says Boa Constrictor

and yes i did mean magical creatures and quidditch ones mint...

i think we should just avoid the movies...its bad enough trying to cope with the different books (american versus british) without adding in the movies too
