yeah...it is a bit unfortunate when u go with little kids...the first time i went everyone clapped at the end when everybody clapped for hagrid....

though the second time i went it started 20mins late at 9pm and didnt finish till midnight and it was mostly adults...and they kept laughing when they werent supposed to and then at that spider scene when they is in the car half the audience in the cheap seats below screamed....it was quite funny....

ACK! I had no idea there was an extra scene! I'll have to go again, even though I was going to anyway! I'm staying until the end of the credits!!! :D

I just got home from seeing the Chamber of Secrets for the first time. I LOVED IT! It was *so* much better than the first movie (though I can't really place why). I didn't care for Ginny - I can't place what I dislike about her, but I do. But it was an excellent movie and I can't wait to go see it again. The ending was also mucho better than the first movie's ending. And the acting was alot better.

The extra lil scene...meh. It could've been better, it really coulda. In fact, it was kinda lame. It wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't had to sit through 10 minutes of effing credits. And personally, I didn't find it very worth the time I spent sitting there. ^^;;;

I recently saw "Down With Love" with Ewan McGregor and Renee Zellweger . . . I really enjoyed it! :grin: It won't win awards necessarily, and it was quite campy, but then again, it paid homage to all those Rock Hudson/Doris Day movies of the late 50's/early 60's. When you realize that it isn't simply a movie taking place in 1962 but stylized to *look* like a movie made in 1962, it really is quite comical! :razz: The supporting cast rocked as well . . . I had never (to my knowledge) seen Sarah Paulson before, but I do know David Hyde-Pearce (the character 'Niles' from the TV show, "Frasier"), and he was hilarious! :lol: Perhaps it was, indeed, a "chick flick", but a flick *this* chick (especially parts with hunky Ewan! :popcorn: ) loved! :D

The last movie I saw in theaters was X2 which probably would have been spectacular on it's own but I saw it just minutes after seeing The Matrix Reloaded so I was unpurposfully trying to make X2 live up to Reloaded which is impossible.

I saw Bruce Almighty last night. It was mildly amusing. One of those movies that you don't really have to think about and puts you in a good mood afterward. I'm usually one for movies that make you think (like the Matrix,) but this one was decent.

And there's a preview for Pirates of the Carribbean with it. Oh man, I can't wait! Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp dressed as pirates...It doesn't get much better than that.
