Welcome, Emmielovegood, to Broomsticks and Owls. May I be the first, or second if Riley has already, to welcome you to the Harry Potter site for Harry Potter fans. As I've stated before in several posts, you'll find alot of crazy around here, but don' worry, we don't bite, unless we're hungry. . I know you'll have a fantastic time at Broomsticksandowls, and I can't wait to see how you can add to the fun.

Wow! I think I need my sunglasses to read that yellow txt.

Welcome to the forum.

Thats a cool avatar, Weasley twins are awesome but I'm afraid you'll have to change it as its a photo from the movies and therefore copyrighted which means you don't have permission to use it for avatars.

We do have plenty of avatars in the avatar gallery or you could ask someone to make you one with non-copyrighted material.

Speaking of Copyrights, I have a question. Any Soulcalibur fan will be able to tell you that quite a few of the avatars, including mine, from the avatar gallery are pictures from the game Soulcalibur. I'm pretty sure those pics are copyrighted too, aren't they?

Paul slipped up there then, hmm, I'm not a fan so I wouldn't know which ones were and Paul can't be either or he'd have noticed when he put them in there. You probably should tell him which ones come from the game otherwise its going to take him ages to figure out when he notices this post.

My mom was looking for X-mas ideas and saw an advertisement for The Tales of Bettle and Bard. I didn't know what it was and when I was looking it up I found this!!!!!

Yay, Hello madams 1993 :welcome: . Great to see our first Beedle-inspired member. I'm thinking of setting up a separate Beedle the Bard area especially for discussions of the new book. Hope you'll enjoy it and stay around to tell us your thoughts.

Welcome Madams, I have sent you a welcoming PM if you didn't notice :)
I hope you like the forum, Paul is working very hard to maintain it, and help it suffice for good :)
The Beedle forum sounds great, I can't wait for the release.
