that kilt dress is male only...girls do not wear kilts like that....the closest a girl should get to wearing a kilt is the tartan dresses worn for highland dancing....you will never see a girl dressed in full kilt with jacket and waist coat and bow tie...unless shes pretending to be a guy i suppose...but even in the case of pretending to be a guy for dancing they usually wear the girls outfit and just dance in the boys position....
