There must be some motivation that set you on fire about fasting for a week. What was it?
I don't know... I mean, when I think of fasting, yes I think of not eating for a time for a
reason... Krum just seems to have decided to not eat to see if he can... *shrug* I don't think it's healthy, and I still don't think it's a good idea, but some chick from a message board isn't going to have any effect in trying to convince him of it being unhealthy...
Ummm, if you're thinking that taking vitamins and protein (and what kind of protein are you "taking"? you get proteins from foods) and you think that that keeps you from starving, you're really mistaken. Something I learned while pregnant and after having Colin (wish I would have learned it with Cameron, I wouldn't have felt ill for a long time afterwards): if the vitamins you're taking don't have acid to break them down, they have nothing to work on. If you're not eating, and your stomach isn't breaking foods down, the acid in your stomach is low, and the vitamins are useless. Vitamins are meant to be
supplements, not substitutes. Just promise that if you start getting weak, faint, shaky, or otherwise experience abnormal effects that you'll have a healthy snack, okay?
