From every teacher Hogwarts have, I think I'd prefer to be taught by Lupin (of course)...
Nevertheless, he is not The Theacher... I guess McGonagall and Dumbledore are the fairest and Snape is the most brilliant (who else could have used a puzzle to protect the stone? It was fantastic)

Lupin is the type of teacher you'd love to have in class, but Dumbledore is utterly brilliant, so I suppose he is my favorite teacher. I mean he has such an aura around him that screams knowledge and mystery, you know?

Snape... omg, I love him! But although he's dark and profound, I wouldn't want to have him as a teacher. He gets really POed out over the smallest mistakes. The best professor is Lupin; he's patient and cool and the best DADA teacher Hogwarts has so far had. McGonagal is also very cool; she reminds me of my 8th grade English teacher: strict but understanding and willing to listen to students.

Well, if I was in the class, definatly Lupin. He's understanding...and he seems like he treats the kids with respect.
I like Snape, he's a great character to watch, but I always thought it would be really hanous to deal with him. If I had him as a teacher, I'd probably want to shoot myself. :-?

I just read your posts... And thought of Flitwick! Well, he is not the ONE, but I guess he is the most close to the real good professors I've ever had... Funny, he doesn't care fro the noise in the class, he's cool.
