I went to see Timeline at the cinema on Wednesday. I never read the book, so I thought the movie was good. However I saw it with Zled and some other friends and Zled had read the book. He was disappointed with the movie, but he did say that Timeline is his favorite book so it would be hard to live up to his expectations. He said that they tried to over emphasize the love interest between Chris and Kate instead of the one with Mareck and Lady Claire. Figures, since Paul Walker was playing Chris, eh??? I liked the basic storyline of the move and the action was good, but some of the acting was hokey, but I will read the book now because it sounds awesome!!!!

Yes I´ve seen it only last week, but I´m afraid I can´t share your opinion. I love the books tremendously, but the II and III film I found really bad! I thought the dialogs were extremely poor and the fight scenes way overdone. But as everybody else seems to love them, I might just be stupid.

The last movie I saw in the theatre was LOTR III--I saw "Love Actually" before that. I would like to see "Mona Lisa Smile" and "Calendar Girls" next if I can. :)

LoTR 3 was the last movie I saw in 2003. And before that I watched Brother Bear...(a little old for my age  )

Because I never seen the LoTR books before, so I couldn't judge which is better, but the graphics were terrific!

On Christmas eve I saw "Return of the King" with my dad...boy was that good!!!! Also, a few days after that I saw "Stuck On You" with a bunch of my friends...that one was funny, but I have seen better movies...(like LOTR...he he) I want to see "Peter Pan" and "elf", but I don't think any of my friends nor members of my family want to see them so I might have until they come out on dvd so I can rent them.

I went to see LOTR III on saturday, and Love actually the weekend before.
I too loved LOTR and thought it was the best of the trilogy, but like Nesamor i have only read the first book so i cant really judge if the fight scenes were over done or not

I watched L'auberge Espagnol recently. Very funny! It's about a French guy who spent one semester in Barcelona as an Erasmus student.

Yes, Audrey Tautou plays the guy's girlfriend who stays in France.
Well, LotR is the next movie in my schedule!
