There is a great new character in book five called "Tonks". She is actually a Mud Blood on her fathers side (she has taken his name) but on her mother's side she is a first cousin of Draco Malfoy!

Clumsy but fun she is a qualified auror, and has a natural talent for changing her body's shape!

Yeah, I love the fact that she can change how she looks any time she wants to... I would love that ability.

Yeah, Tonks was definitely a cool character. She wasn't as developed character-wise as I hoped she'd be, but she was nevertheless quite amusing!

Tonks was definatly one of my fave's of this book :grin:

I loved the changing of hair color and how at the end it offended aunt petunia. hehe.

A tonks is a rare cat that changes the color of his fur as they grow older.

I think they are about $300,000 each if you can find a seller. They are very rare but real. It's quite obvious this is where JKR got her reference from.

tonks was pretty cool...not one of my favorites, but still pretty cool. i wish she'd had more of a role and maybe i'd like her better.
