I don't think it will be Ron, he and Harry have already this fight because Ron being in the shadow and everything and they solved it, it would be lack of creativity from Jo using it again. Also Percy may join the side of work, but not the evil one, maybe only the ones that do not support DD.
Malfoy for sure will go to the dark side, he have already warned Harry, in GoF that the first time they have met Draco told him to select better his friends because things were going to happen (well not that exactly that words, but is the idea), aslo we have to see what is Snape going to do

I reckon that they will all think that Snape has gone over to the dark side, but in reality, he won't, he'll just be spying or something like that, because ther eis always this thing going on where Harry Ron and Hermoine you know, like wonder as to wether or not he's the bad guy, but he never turns out to be...

Urhhh, i think that I'm rambling again... I know what I mean! Really I do! *don't think that anyone else does though!* :oops:

I think that it will be someone close to harry, even if it's not ron, and they will be a 'good' person... and they will like hand over valuible info, realise what they have done, then rush back to the light!!!

This is SS, during the sorting (I know everbody could have recognize it), but why did Jo wrote that Seamus took a lot to be sorted, maybe the Sorting Hat wasn't sure if Seamus was right in Gryffindor and in the end decided that yeah, he could go to Gryffindor; but what if this doubt was based in Seamus' hide evil, we do not know too much about him, but maybe in the next books Jo will susrprise us with him.

Interesting! Did that also happen in the movie? because in something or other thatn I saw, Jo said that she had to keep them from cutting out bits that would play to further relevance in later books...

Well, I put Draco for the simple reason that I feel he already kinda is on the dark side. He always wants bad things to happen his dad is a devoted Death eater. Maybe Snape could talk him out of it but I don't think so.

About Seamus I was thinking that in the movie spending nmore than 5 seconds in him during the selection would be too much, so I really don't think it will be there, but anyway if someone can check please inform me.

Ooh, just had an idea...

What if the fan of Harry's that dies is actually the one to go over to the dark side? And then either they realise how stupid they were and kill themselves... or someone like Dumbledore kills them... or... Voldie suspects them and kills them...

That's a really great possibility; but several thins points toward Hagrid being the one that dies, but something keeps telling me it will be one of the Creevey brothers.

i think it will be a character that seldom appears as the big names
like Seamus or Dean... maybe just a guess...
cos it will be nice to let them have a taste of fame..haha
