harry and ginny!!

Who do you like best and who could you definately live without? Will there be romance in the air for any of them and who will end up with who?

they will. ginny's a strong, forceful character and she won't take harry's 'protection' of breaking up with her lying down. she has guts and she'll tell him how stupid he's being.

i don't think ginny's the sort of person to say 'okay then, i see your point i'll stay at home baking cookies'.hah. no siree. she'll sooooo kick his ass for trying to do this to her. and i look forward to reading it. she has the weasly temper. look at the way she destroyed ron in the corridor, that was great.

Yeah, JKR had Harry leave so that we couldn't see Ginny protest. I mean, I know he's being noble and everything, but also careless. Rather than trusting her and protecting her by his side, he is making her feel as though she has to prove herself. She's one of the best DA members, I mean she was in combat w/ a DE when Harry helped her. He is pushing her to put herself in harm's way, which is worse than letting her stand by his side. Maybe Bill and Fleur's wedding will remind him of his parents - a husband and WIFE who fought LV together. If James respected Lily enough to marry her, then Harry owes Ginny the chance the fight with him. I think JKR knows this. She created Ginny, and she is never out-of-character. Why change now?

Also, is Harry even helping? I mean, LV can still read his mind, so he'll know Harry loves her, whether or not they are dating. JKR will fix this, I trust her.

Hey Im New here.....Finished reading the book last night!

I feel there was definitly not too much love. JKR did an awesome job at maturing the young kids into near adults. They've gone through the growing pains and this book was perfect to bring them into adulthood. The love was perfect and I even feel that Harry and Ginny should have been more present in the book together. Love is the whole reason Harry survived to begin with! Harry and Ginny are perfect for each other as well as Ron and Hermione. My one question is though....Does anyone feel Rowling may want to take us into Harry's adulthood? Maybe more than Seven books? I thoroughly love reading these books and get emotionally attached to them! My heart broke when Dumbledore passed....even though I had the hunch that he was going to! I thought the book was great but I wish Snape and Malfoy wouldn't have run like cowards. Also I've been reading a lot of the posts here to day and noticed a lot of speculation already about next book. I'm not sure whats up with Snape. Explanations from both sides explaining how he cvould be evil or could be good seem very good and possible. I can't wait till the next book! And hopefully the one post I read about Harry dieing in the end because he's one of the Horcruxes doesn't come true. Harry needs to live with Ginny "happily ever after." And what a treat it would be to go into Harry' s life as an Adult!

I don't think there was too much love. Ron and Hermione have been working their way together for a while now. And, Ginny has like Harry since she first met him. They have been friends for years. But, I did think that Harry kind of all of a sudden had feelings for Ginny. It seemed a little abrupt, when he saw her in the hall. But, like I said, they have been friends. Can 16 year-olds fall in love? Yes. It is not very likely, but it is possible.

I was hoping that Harry and Luna would get together, she's great. One of my favorite characters. Oh well. On another note, I would have liked to see more about how Ron felt about the whole thing. In Order of the Phoenix it almost seemed like Ron was rooting for Ginny to go to Harry, but maybe that was just a gut reaction.

i think harry and ginny's romance was so funny and cute!
especially after the quidditch cup when ginny hugged him and then out of nowhere harry just kissed her in front of every1!!!! i couldn't help laughing and wen she always kissed harry goodbye and stuff...ron would always look away....but it never mentioned that they "snogged" :( ron was funny wen he got the love potion aswell... there was a lot of romance but i dont think there was enough ..........hehe

Ginny has always been destined to get Harry, and he has always respected and appreciated her. They will be together, but dunno if they will both be alive at the end of the book????? I hope so tho

ginny waited five years for harry to come round, so i don't think she'll just give up all of a sudden and just sort of go, 'fine then i'll leave you to it, have fun destroying voldemort's soul' and wave him goodbye.

also remember her reaction when he tried to tell her she was too young to go to the ministry with them, she nearly bit his head off. i have faith that ginny will react the same way again, she won't tolerate being pushed to the side to be 'protected'. cos she's the youngest and a girl, in her family, even her brothers are overly protective of her. and it drives her mad i'm sure. so god help harry if he trys to do it to her. she may have to put up with it from her brothers, cos family are family and you can't change them. but her boyfriend? she'll go for the jugular and harry won't know what hit him. that will be funny to read, i love ginny's temper

And I think its that spark that made Harry attracted to her and what'll mean that she will be involved!

They are meant to be together. Does anybody else find it odd that Harry looks just like his father, while his mother had red hair just like Ginny.
