New prankster

Now without Fred and George in Hogwarts from bk 6 onwards, who do you think will be the next mischief?

I am thinking of Ginny and Luna.

Well, I can imagine Ginny taking over that role, but not Luna. Hmmmm.....interesting question though, cause there has to be some kind of new "prankster". *walks off in silence to do some more thinking*

im thinking either lee jordan or someone else. lee was fred and george's close friend i would not be suprised if its him. that is a thought though... who will be the new prankster(s)......

But wasn't Lee Jordan the same age as the twins? I always thought they were since it's most convincing for them (sharing the same room, attending same classes) to be best friends.

No I think that they were 7th years. the last year is I think kind of optional. If you want to be a big wig and have an important job you stick it out if not then you can stop after 6 years. I think

this is kind of a long shot, but what about ron and harry when they're not busy fighting the evils of the world. i mean, they've both got it in their blood, ron from fred and george and harry from his father. besides, they're gonna need something to keep their minds off the obvious during the time they are entering.

My guess is that the levity for the next book will still come from Fred and George but not at Hogwarts.

I just had a cool idea what if Fred and George come back to teach DADA!
OK it's a reach but they are certianly smart enough.

Anyway there will be a lot of things happening and the war is going to heat up as JKR said in a recient interview and her books have been getting darker progressivly.
Perhaps with the departure of the twins from the hallowed halls of Hogwarts there simply will be no more comic relief or at lest not as much as we saw in OOTP.

There are going to be more deaths in the next two books, it's getting sad. There is a need for comical relief. Maybe the twins will get Ginny to advertise their joke products in Hogwarts?

u know i thought harry and ron too but i dont think JKR will do that to harry. i cant see a harry potter book where harry and rorn are throwing dungbombs in snapes class after being given 3 detentions from him already

i kinda agree with Alice that there wont be any comic relief in the next books. but JKR has enough sense of humour to make us laugh through Ron, Hermione,Ginny,Neville, the ghosts, paintings, teachers and others' wisecracks. besides i donr think the twins will completely disappear...

I agree, there is noone who could really take over that role Fred and George had. I suppose, with harry and Ron getting a lot more cheeky in the past couple of books, there will be lots of funny situations, but I don't think they'll be as wicked as the twins.
