I figure this one needs to be at the top.
This is just for any general suggestions that you think need to be made or improved for the RPG section to run better for your own benefit.
There is a Suggestions forum of course, but this is required so we can assess what you feel can improve the state of things as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
But first of all, getting the placed fixed might be a help!

This is more of a question... but I don't know where else to ask. I submitted a scenario, and seeing as you won't be seeing it any time soon, should I re-submit it after it's fixed, or should I simply wait?

Yes I've seen it.
It's called "Locked..." isn't it?
There's no point in resubmitting it now of course. I'm not sure what will happen after everything has been fixed. Whether everything pending will be wiped and you'll have to resubmit, or whether I'll just be able to instantly accept it.

I'd would say that you won't have to resubmit it.
But you will have to do a character write-up.

I'm still fixing everything up a little, accepting scenarios, trying to get my head around how to split one.

Bextra, don't worry! We'll help you, you're very welcome to start.

You can't really do anything wrong, that's the beauty of role-play. You just do what your character would do.

I advise you starting in a brand new topic, so you can help set up the direction. It's called "Hogsmeade Surprise" and was created by choki. Just use the link in the opening post to create your character, and then go for it! Remember to create a character first!

Bextra - Go into the actual RPG you want to create, and look for the link at the bottom of the first post in it.

In this case, go to Hogsmeade Surprise, and visit my first post. Read until you come to the link, then just click and follow the directions .

Asphodel, about your scenario.
I like the idea, but what's it going to be exactly? Questions? Wouldn't it be better in Zonkos? Maybe not if it's well managed, but if you are the host like you say, I think it'll probably be better with questions.
Is there a theme?
And I don't like exactly how you added Ian in there really... I think it's against the rules to have the same character in two things... I'm not sure, I'll quickly check now.

Yes, the way that I've designed things, a different character needs to be created for each RPG you join.

I've just added a new Date last active on the Forum bit to the page which shows the list of participants in any particular RPG (currently to get to this list of participants the best way is to click on the profile button any person whis has posted in the RPG and then in their profile page, click on the name of the RPG).

This will help to show who is likely to interact in the RPG - characters owned by members who haven't been online for a while being unlikely to actively respond or interact.

Members who choose to have their online status "hidden" will show as "Private" under the Date last active on the Forum heading.
