If Valencia is going away for a while in search of her cousins, would she let Nikolaus know the truth? or would she just come out with an excuse to prevent him from following?

valencia will tell nikolaus, but she won't let him come, saying this is something i have to do alone, i owe it to myself, how would i feel if you were killed by them, all that waffle.
until she finds a trail left by her cousins, valencia will be simply researching, therefore will still be at the castle and teaching.

Galena is temporarily in her old office until the headmistress's office is fixed. And she's not going to be there when Damien, Filch, and the Potters arrive. She'll get there shortly after. They won't have to wait long.

another subplot for Nikolaus, involving Wanderful's character, with context to the 'useless' ring

basically, he will notice the ring wore on Feganor, the goblin and believe it belongs to his family and will steal the ring from the goblin.
Because of his distrusting nature to wizard, the goblin had made a hidden curse on the magical pact signed by him and Nikolaus. When he discovered the ring was missing, he blamed it on Nikolaus and evoked the curse (goblin magic) as a breach in the magical pact.

thanks to QA's input n distortia's input, the curse should cause a series of unfortunate events for Nikolaus (heee see that Lemony Snicket's A series of unfortunate events!)
i.e. he could be framed for crimes he never did, or made a mess with Valencia's relationship, or fall down in every 10 steps

It's all right. I was going to do the whole Slughorn thing the next day when he was actually awake, but whatever. Also, Galena didn't know about Damien wanting to be the Potions Master yet. Damien had never told her and she had no way of knowing, so that's a bit confusing.

So where exactly are James & Albus now? That bit is kind of confusing now that salemboy decided to take Galena to Slughorn's office prematurely...

Sabian was going to run away from Hogwarts, but the goblin Nikolaus traded with kidnapped him.
And can goblins do magic like 'Stupefy?'

I thought Sabian was gonna steal his ring?

I have the impression that goblins can do magic without wands. their branch of magic - goblin magic (same like elves magic)

oh, it sounds confusing because we have no idea what has Sabian got to do with the ring and Feganor the goblin. Go on and develop the subplot hehehehe
oh and would Sabian want to steal the ring away (in a way nobody didn't knew it was you?)

Oh, and would everyone please not write out Galena doing anything without asking me first, please? I mean it's fine to have her say small phrases like 'yes' or 'no' or write that she's following your character or something, but I'd rather not have anyone else write out a long conversation of her talking. Thanks. I believe it's in the rules to not do that with other people's characters.

right you are, duckie. i'd like to remind everyone that according to the rpg rules, which you can find here, no one should be making other's characters do anything momentous without explicit permission of said character's owner. this seems to have been happening a good bit the next generations 1 and 2, so please try to avoid "hijacking" characters.
