*stares at Paper* Um, are you reading it wrong? A Nundu is a creature. Rowan is a wood. And white wolves aren't magical to my knowledge.

*looks confused*

*touches the wand* So it's Rowan with Nundu?

*waves the wand which will spark merrily if it is indeed the Rowan with Nundu sinew*

*counts out the gold from her coin purse and hands the gold to Paper*

There you go.

I was just thinking that I might have more of a bond with a wand made from a feline. And well, Harry is a special instance, especially since most of us don't have an animagus for a father or a scar from a psycho wielding a phoenix wand.

*shrugs, then looks at her old wand and stows it into her robes*

So, do you have any wand polish so I can take better care of this new one?

*examines the jar*

Are you sure it's wand polish and not wand deteriorater?

*jingles the 2 galleons in her hand*

If you're positive that it's wand polish, then I'll take it. But you have to be positive. In fact, try it on one of the unsold wands or something. It looks lethal.

*smiles* OK! *pulls an unused wand out of its box, dips a clean rag into the stuff, and starts rubbing it on the wand. The wand quickly becomes bright enough to see Paper's reflection* Yea, this is polish all right......but if something does go wrong, I'm obliged to give a money-back guarantee and possibly a free new wand.........

*sets her gold on the counter and takes the jar*

Fair enough and thanks. Now please excuse me while I leave before you can get any more of my gold.

*leaves the shop flicking her new wand about, turning bugs into origami swans*
