Devil's hair *gasp* where am I gonna find those? Well, using such an "evil" core, I'm afraid your wand would be highly uncontrollable...
I have a better substitution - tasmanian devil (of course I need to bewitch the item from non-magical animals). Tell me what you would prefer, Won.

What about 8.5 inches, papaya tree wood and Kelpie's fur (do they have fur??? Oh, well, whatever they have in the skin will do :razz:

No two wands are identical...that is why we only made one with papaya tree wood and a length of 8.5 inches
