I'd like to present my invention. It's name is
The Dragon Multiple Songs Singer.

That's how it works:
So you see it has a form of a dragon, but just much smaller...
All you must do is point your wand at the Dragon and say the name of the song you want to hear. Then, you will notice the Dragon is singing it to you, but just to you... If another person comes and does the same thing, you will still be hearing your music while the other person hears the music he/she chose.

*sugar pop stands outside the shop and sighs banging a big 'For Sale' sign over the door and smiles at Jotomicron*

Its a great idea mate, maybe you'll present it to the new owners if the shop ever gets taken on by anyone else..

*peers in at the dusty remenants of Thea's establishment*

It's such a shame for this place to be lost . . . I think I'll try my hand a managing it for a while.

*Removes "For Sale" sign and walks inside choking on the layers of dust that accumulated*

Phew, this place needs a real cleaning . . . *commences with cleanup until the place is spotless*

That's much better. Now, my first new invention . . . Are you tired of boggarts nesting in your attic? Are you unable to get rid of the boggart under the basement stairs? Introducing the boggart repellant! Just release this odorless, colorless, nontoxic mist within 3 feet of the boggart's nest. For best results, use in a closed area. For removal of boggarts, be sure to provide an easy way out of the area and the boggart should be gone in about a week.

*Moonstone walks in to the shop with a Milkbottel under her arm*

Erm .. i wonder if you could remov this boggart so that i can go back to sleep?!

*Moonstone holds out her Milkbottel in front of tiggirl*

*walks past the shop glancing in before back-peddling a little and looking incredulously at the girl standing at the counter. the wolf by her side looks amused and she hisses
'i dont know what you're laughing at, thats our hideout gone!'
as she walks in and looks around, noting all Thea's inventions and recalls the old times with a dreamy smile*
'excuse me lassie? you arent inhabiting the flat upstairs are you?'
*the wolf lopes around the store, seemingly delighted and chases her tail*

*takes the milk bottle from moonstone*

Since it's only a baby boggart, I'll get rid of it for free.

*get's the baby boggart out of the bottle and pours 2 drops of a green misty substance into it, the mist fills the bottle and turns transparent immediately*

You should treat your bottle with repellant once a year to keep boggarts away.

*hands moonstone a small vial of green mist*

This should last you a good long time, and don't worry, it's not harmful to witches or wizards at all. Enjoy.

*turns to nobby*

Usually, inventors sets the price of their inventions. But since joto hasn't been around I'll sell it to you for 4 galleons. And if he want's more I'll pay the difference.

*hands over the DMSS to nobby while nodding along to a song noone else hears*

I'm gonna miss this, it seems there's only this one demo. You're pretty lucky to have it. Hopefully, joto will come and bring more. Enjoy

And now for my newest invention . . . The Winter Wonderlander!!!

*proudly holds out a tiny silver orb*

This tiny little orb can turn any room into a winter wonderland, snow and all.

*walks into a small side room and holds up the orb . . . an icy blast comes out of the orb in all directions, filling the room with a thick white mist . . . then the mist clears, the setting seems to have changed to outside on a winter afternoon just after several inches of snow*

Don't worry, we're still inside, that tree there is the door, so be careful in front of it.

*points to the sky*

See, the orb is right there you just grab it to turn the room back to normal. The orb will work in rooms of all sizes just don't use it outside or it will overreact and will need to be replaced.

*grabs the orb floating just above, room returns to normal*

Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize you were talking to me. At the moment, no, I am not staying in Theanna's flat. In fact, I haven't even examined this building past the main floor since I've been here. So, you live upstair then? I guess, that makes us neighbors. That's a beautiful wolf you've got there. I've always been fond of them myself.
