Bellatrix

Postby Jotomicron » Tuesday 12 October 2004 11:23:04pm

in the site jkrowling.com, in the "fan sites" section, there are some tropheys. One of them is awarded to tom riddle, one to sirius, one to james and one to bellatrix.

The fact that riddle is there, makes me wonder... are this real tropheys? If so, how on earth was bellatrix awarded one (just like riddle, you say)...

But it makes me wonder...!

she is pretty cunning, maybe she was a star student at Hogwarts. You never really know! I wonder if she won a special award of service to the school, like Riddle.

It wasn't poor Bella's fault that Sirius got himself knocked out by a simple stunning spell. And then there was the veil...No, honestly I think she was rather nice, just trying to stun him, she could've tried Avada Kedavra...

As for the award...she's the only female DE, Voldemort himself chose to train her when she wasn't older than maybe twenty, and after 13 years in Azkaban, she's a great witch. Taking all that into account, I expect her to have been brilliant. And I must confess that I like her, I wonder what made her what she is now...JKR seems to follow the rule that nobody is just evil by nature.

   Good sense of humour you've got, Siana. But really, why didn't she simply avada kedavred him? And I kind of like her too - as a character, I mean. She's evil, but I wonder why she's like she is. As for the trophy... *checks it on JKR's site* ...Riddle's got two trophies there (he must have really been a star student), there's also Lily, James and Sirius. Bella's trohpy seems a bit small to me when compared to the others. But I can imagine her playing Quidditch, maybe it's got something to do with Quidditch. I know that Slytherins don't have girls in their team, but she could have been an exception.

Why she pointed it at his chest? Because that's what you normally do with stunning spells, Snape got three right onto his chest, simutaneously, and only got a little blackout.

Maybe I should hide behind a wall before I say this, but I like her, not just the way her character is presented, but her as a person. *where does all the green light come from?* IMO, she totally kicks ass, and I'm so tired of all those sweet, over-emotional women you normally have as characters. Just look at the mute Rodolphus stumbling after her in the MoM, she's got a trophy husband LOL!
And I bet she played quidditch.

Not from me. :D Well, I don't have a "definite" opinion on her so far, as a character she's just perfect, as a person... I'm dying to see more of her!

but if she knows what was behind the veil, it could be much worse then the AK!!! and even if she didn't try to kill him, and he is still alive, then he has to suffer now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

maybe she didn't want to kill family or something. Anyway, I HATE Bellatrix. She's evil!! Her head of house probably gave her the award or something. or maybe she got it for making snape wash his hair, lol.
