What if Hagrid hadn't existed?

That would have changed Everybody's life forever. Harry- Wouldn't find out he was a wizard. Normal childhood, normal job. Ron & Hermione- never been friends, Ginny- everything. All dead people- Would'nt be dead.

Not really, DD probably would have just sent someone else to go get Harry, and Harry would have just had one less great friend.

and there would be a more weirder caretaker or dumbledore would of sent filch to fetch harry.

i think there would be very little difference. but in the first book the stone might have gotten stolen because Hagrid would not have been there to have Fluffy guarding the stone. and if i recall correctly then it was only fluffy that Quirrell didn't know how to get past.
