So like it says, it's an I told you so topic. But so we don't hurt peoples feeling, let's not point fingers. The people already know whether or not "you told them so". Let's begin;

I told you Hedwig might die.
I told you DD was dead.
I told you Snape would die.
I told you Hogwarts wasn't a Horcrux.
I told you Gryffindor's sword wasn't a Horcrux.
I told you it'd be awful if a twin died.
I told you Wormtail would die.

I was wrong about Pettigrew. I thought he'd at least save Harry in some way, do one little act of kindness. Instead, he sort of didn't do something bad, a passively good thing. Still, I guess when you consider his personality's track record, that's pretty good for him!

Luna and Neville would end up together
Hermione would work at the Ministry of Magic
Ron and Harry would become Aurors
There was a time continuum problem
Hermione was somehow kinned to Hagrid
Neville would kill Bellatrix
Fawkes would have a key role
Mrs. Norris would be an important person that had been transfigured
Crookshanks would do something cool or have it out with Mrs. Norris
House elves would be freed and Doby elected a high ranking official
Kreacher would be freed by Harry or sent to live with the Dursleys
The Dursley's would have some role of reconciliation at the end
At least one of the kids their age would have learned to become an animal like the Mauraders
Cho, Seamus, and McGonagall would each die saving someone
