Thestrals in POA

Which one is your favorite so far. Are they getting even better as the characters develop over time?

I get it Alexandra. I'm not sure if this point's already been argued but he should have seen them since 2nd year because he still saw them after Cedric's death even though his eyes were closed and he probably doesn't remember his parents actually die. Do thestrals pertain to animals other than humans? What about horcruxes? If so, than even if he couldn't see them after his parents deaths, he could see them after COS.

On topic.

I don't think you shuold be able ot see thestrals after watching the destruction of a horcrux - yes, it's a piece of a soul, but you are not witnessing the death of an entire complete person - that person is still alive. Yes, you're witnessing a death. But only the death of part of someone - you could just as easily argue the point as if someone had their limbs aputated - and you can't see thestrals for that either I imagine.

The person is still alive.

We all knew that it was off topic but sometimes you just can't avoid it. This is not the first time something like that happened. :-?
OK, back on topic: he saw his parents death and he saw Sedric dying so he could have seen thestrals and it would be much better if she finnished book with Harry seeing thestrals. All books are about mysteries...
