The entire series but two chapters (first in SS and first in GoF) are told through Harry's eyes. If Harry dies, I think it ought to be in the very end of the last book because nothing could be told after that. So, if Neville saves DD, it will be before Harry's death.

Jotomicron, you have the right idea.
Harry's death, I think will end the narration through Harry's eyes. However a chapeter following his death in bk7 could show nevilles victory?
