But is there going to be any school going on since probably all the parents stoped believing in the thight security Hogwarts has. I mean the Death Eaters got in, didn't they? So if there are no children... I know the teachers said they will still be there for those who still want to atend Hogwarts...But it's still kinda pointless...isn't it?

No it's not pointless, that school has been going on for over a 1000 years, why stop now if its been going on for these long, keep going.

Now that Dumbledore is gone...How many people will actually send their kids to school? And a school without children...is not a school any more.

I agree. Besides, JK actually said that some of the plot will take place at Hogwarts (in an interview)...

God I seem to be missing stuff!! I don't remember reading that in an interview with her! Which interview was it? Was it more recent than the ones just after HBP?

I didn't read that interview either. And somehow I got the feeling we would be seeing too little of Hogwarts in the next book. Oh well...My mistake
