Which one is your favorite so far. Are they getting even better as the characters develop over time?

I liked the part with Luna and Harry in the DA room under the mistletoe. Luna says something like "Oh look Mistletoe..", then Harry jumps away... LOL

Fred and George were brilliant throughout the book, and how Peeves did as they told him and gave "Umbridge hell".
They'll be really missed as the school pranksters in the following books.

Also the teachers' reactions to Umbridge and their lack of co-operation when F&G set off the fireworks.

And I also loved Harry and Hermiones' reaction to Gwarp, with Harry saying about how it made you wish that Norbert was back again.
:D

I have reread the last 100 pages six times. I am sure I have missed something. It's there. All I have to do is find it...

I loved the Pensieve scene, it just showed us so much, and when snape caught harry I had to put down the book for a minute because it was just too horrible! those scenes that make you really feel bad/good/anything for a character are the best.

as always, the weasley twins' departure was incredible!!! :D

I also liked the scene at the end with the mirror..so sad!

the parts where harry stood up to umbridge were great, too, i thought the detention scenes were good.

the part in DD's office, right after he leaves and phineas nigellus says that he disagrees with DD on many points, but you have to admit, the man's got style! LOL loved that line.

all the parts with McGonagall and umbridge were hilarious!

there are many more, but right now thats all i can think of. :D
