Little Death Eaters

Postby menotyoo » Wednesday 1 October 2003 12:05:18am

I'm new so I don't know if there's a thread for this already, and I know that it has been mentioned a few times- but something that has always bothered me is that if DD believes Harry about everything, which includes accusations about who are really death eaters:
Why are the children of convicted LV supporters being allowed into Hogwarts? Especially in the 6th...now that LV is openly returned will we see little malfoy, crabbe, goyle, knott etc?

Anyone have any ideas or opinions?

I would have to say it's because you can't blame children for the crimes of their parents. It's fundamentally wrong. What you do need to do is teach them to make better choices. I would think that dabbling in the dark arts would be grounds for explusion.

Sure they'll be allowed in. They really can't stop them...

But that doesn't mean they'll want to stay...the kids are gonna catch some grief from their peers more than anything. Imagine a kid in school who's dad just got called out for being a nazi...some people are gonna take that a little harsh. And therefor, sad or not, take it out on the kid. Ya hear my preaching?

Well, DD is the Headmaster of Hogwarts, ain't he? So... he can always forgive (it seems) and, just like said above, he don't want to blaim Draco for Mr Malfoy's errors. For me, he thinks he's able to take everything that's bad out of their minds.

Well, if Fudge was the Headmaster (or maybe Mr Crouch, although he is not... well... in position to be one...) I'm sure he wouldn't allow Draco and the others to be in the school. Which mean that, if they want to stay in Hogwarts, all they should do is to thank DD... (DD rules...! YEAH!)
