I don't think that DD is the kind to dwell on his mistakes, so Sirius' death may not have an outward effect on him.
And as for Harry hating Snape now more than ever, I didn't get that either, why is he so angry at Snape for no reason at all.

Because Harry hates Snape (mutally) and it is easier to blame him than his own mistakes.
And that is a result of Snape hating Harry because of his father.
They are both wrong; Snape more than Harry. Harry had no reason to hate Snape. Snape had GOOD reason to hate James... but his son? That is just unjustice.
