Wow! so that was something JK announced, it wasn't in the book.. because I remember reading he was a professor at Hogwarts. Does anyone know who the Headmaster is? (I know in Next Generation we made him some random person, but did we ever get told who it is in 2016?)

Yeah, she announced it at Carnegie Hall. Same time she announced Dumbledore is gay. She answered a bunch of other questions, too, and I typed up all the answers in this thread. Carnegie Hall
